MSite Policy
MSite Studio follows industry policy standards in that all services are provided on an advance payment basis, payable on presentation of a COD invoice. For recurring accounts invoices are sent out around the 26th of the preceding month to allow for payment by the first of the billing month . The only exception to this is design work and package deals which carry a deposit, with the remaining due on progressively or on completion. In the event of non-payment by the 5th of the month we will, regrettably, suspend your website. In such cases there is a reconnection fee of R80 and you are liable for the cost of hosting service during the suspension period. However, there are a few key differences between us and many other service providers, especially certain bigger ISP's who suspend without notice:
